Finally I have got around to uploading the video from London Fierces' performance at Mustache Mondays I previously talked about. The lightsing wasnt great but you can still see her work it!
so now that the shoot went well Im ready to start working on some fall inspired Lady Gaga-ish Gareth Pugh Geometric mini collection. Inspired by these looks. . .
This past weekend (sunday) i had my first shoot for my clothing line. We used my designs and collaborated to set up a few mini sets to shoot on. Nini and Randy (aka London Fierce) did hair and makeup, Aimee & Jamil set up the sets with all of our help aswell and they all came out amazing. I dont have any of the final shots from the photographer yet but wheni do you know i will be putting them up. I do have some behind the scenes pix of the models, the sets and just us hanging out. Its was so nice to have everything run smoothly. Working with friends is the best because you can collaborate and have your ideas thought out while still being able to get stuff done. Im so excited for whats to come next. Thanks to everyone that helped and put their input, it never goes unnoticed!
for so long ive been such a fan and follower of jeremy scott. hes a total genius when it comes to his collection concepts. they all might not mesh but they have this wackiness that pulls them all together. hes definitely one of my inspirations, hands down. so i was up til 3am the other night searchig the web and blog after blog for any video of his latest collection. i knew he was showing in paris for fall 2009 fashion week because my friend Lily was going to his show last week. So anyways i finally found some pictures, and here they are... jeremy scott sporting his signature mickey hightops...
